General

Due to the nature of handmade items, everything will be unique in its own and will slightly vary in shape, color, and size. We always describe and provide pictures as best as possible. Based on monitor calibration differences, the color may vary slightly in person.

Product coloring may fade in direct sunlight, but the product’s properties will remain the same. Some products are scented with fragrance oils or essential oils. Please use caution whenever using a body product containing essential oils. Be informed and know what essential oils may affect your body and medical issues.


Please do not use the products if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If you have skin sensitivities and/or allergies please test in a small area of your body first. Everyone’s skin is different and we react to different products. So if you are not sure, always do a test in a small area first. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation.


Shipping + Returns
Products are shipped from Canada.  We ship Worldwide, Depending on shipping option chosen packages may not be able to track after leaving Canada. Customer is responsible for any duty or custom fees on international shipment if charged. 


Some items are very fragile.  We package our items well for the shipping process to prevent damage. Soaps may sweat in warm temperatures. So they may come to you moist.  Body butters may even be melted. Even though we try our best to get your items to you safely, please know that we have no control over how the carriers will handle your items during transit.


Putting products in the freezer for a few minutes will harden them back up again!  Please let us know if your body butters have melted beyond saving.  We realize that the postal service could delay some deliveries due to weather, holidays, or other issues beyond our control or damage our items. We will always work diligently to ensure that you receive your products using best methods.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We only process returns for incorrect orders and spilled product. All costs will be covered by us. Unfortunately we cannot exchange products simply because a customer does not like the scent. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages so please ensure your package is delivered to a safe location.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of checkout.  We do not store any payment methods. 
How long is processing time?
All of our products on our site is available and ready to ship.  We will have your orders ship within 1-4 business days.  Please note the shipping times indicated with the shipping method you choose.
